TEDA pleatable filter media is divided into two types based on their efficiency grade: medium efficiency and high efficiency. They are all two layer's structure fabric, which laminated with one layer of Electrostatic charged Polypropylene meltblown fabric as an inherent property for enhanced attraction of airborne particles and a layer of open and stiffPolyestersubstrate as a support for pleating. They features good performance in filtration efficiency with a very lower resistance comparing to the traditional Fiberglass media, that can save energy greatly.
The material normally can be used for manufacturing a variety of pleat-type air filtration product for cleaning the air in commercial, industrial and residential HVAC systems and automotives, such as mini-pleat air filter, V-filter and HEPA filter, cabin filter, air cleaner, etc.
