Established in 2004, Tianjin TEDA Filters Co., Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturers of melt-blown based filtration materials for a wide range of environmental protection applications.

In the early 1990's, TEDA purchased the first melt-blown production line from the U. S. A with some special testing apparatus, including TSI8110, coulter porometer and Frazier ventilation tester. Therefore, we have accumulated professional experience in melt-blown material manufacturing for almost 15 years, which is really our valuable treasure to research and develop new materials all along.

Furthermore, we have bought another line which is the most advanced melt-blown production line made by Nordson Corporation USA in 2002, with the tester of TSI-8130. During the SARS spreading all over the world in 2003, we have this line busy on producing N95 media, which are used for respirator to protect people against SARS. And the TSI-8130 is the only one tester in China which can meet the international standard.

We bought an developed bi-component meltblown line from Neumag Company in 2006 which can make the nonwoven fabric more porous and functional. From then on, our workshop moved to Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (west zone), where is near to Tianjin Xingang Port and Airport. As a result, we are enjoying greater advantage in transportation to overseas.

In 2012, we purchased two lines from Neumag and Reifenhauser, which have special design for superfine meltblown and resist high-temperature meltbown.

In 2020 we have five more lines made in China, they enhanced our production capacity greadly, up to 10000Tons per year.

Besides, we own patent for lamination technique, so that we can provide wide variety of composite materials for different end-users according to customer's request. Now we own four units of TSI-8130 testers to guarantee the product's quality. And we are granted ISO9001-2000 by LLOYD's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA).

We have developed many series of products, including:

Air filter media: Ashrae grade, Sub-HEPA, HEPA, ULPA, and melt-blown compounded fabric for bag filter and pleat-type filter. Their end uses are very wide, such as Ashrae filters, vacuum cleaners, HVAC filters, auto cabin filters and bag house filters.

Liquid filtration media: Remove 0.5~10um particles

Filter media for facial mask and respirator: BFE95, BFE99, PFE99 (0.1um), N95, N99 (US NIOSH 42CFR-84 Standard), FFP1, FFP2, FFP3 (EU EN149: 2001 standard) grades are available

TEDA Mian (thermal insulation for garment): Newly developed PTFE wind-proof padding for high-cold zone using. And the padding has been provided to Chinese Army.
